3. Appointments & Cancellation

Appointments can be made online through our booking system (Resurva) or by contacting us directly. We recommend booking in advance. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in our requiring a deposit or restricting future bookings. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances; we will attempt to notify you and offer an alternative when possible.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept payment methods as posted at each location. Prices are subject to change; current pricing is displayed at our locations and may vary by barber and service.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Starz Barber & Beauty of Green Bay and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites (e.g., booking platforms, social media) linked from our website.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wisconsin.
